Have to agree with Steve be amazing if we all looked like a unit, i think the odd bit of heer insignia would go unnoticed in the mass of SS but fledgrau might look a bit odd on its own.

Still have that spare tunic if its needed....

Well I hate being the odd one out - and I do have insignia for an SS Mann so I could re-badge, however my M43 jacket is a 6 button one rather than the 5 button WSS. What to do?

Not an issue the SS occasionally used army issue tunics.

Bugger, BedsnHerts, you were our last hope (queue Darth Vader breathing...)

Heer today, goon tomorrow...

Right then, thats it, I need to get SS insignia, Gadge, will get those shoulder boards off you at the next PBI day (checking I can make the training day now).

I have a black eagle so which arm and roughly where does it go. Just need collar dogs - anyone selling or advise where to get them?

Feck,
I do not plan to be the odd one out heer  Have to see if the long haired general will permit me to purchase another tunic (I don't want to take the badges off my GD impression)
Think I have an arm eagle, what collar and cuff insignia do I need?

Collar

SS runes on the right, plain back on the left. As for cufftitle, I think they can be mixed as the idea is its a got together group.

Evo and i looked into getting some custom ones made but they worked out at about £7 posted each if we got over 10 and it just didnt seem worth the hassle.

we thought it'd be a laugh, but I didn't think there'd be much player takeup if we offered them, just for one game.

Also, it's not our game, so I didn't want to put my personal oar into it, as it's taking the extra step from 'film-sim' to 'totally imaginary sim'.

If there is enough interest, then i can get come made up though.

Well I'm up for it so that makes 3! I think its a nice idea as we'd all be part of the same unit and it fits with idea of the scenario. I don't think it is too much of a fantasy unit given the scenario is a work of science fiction. As you say though its more down to enough people being up for doing it which decides it.

Heh, this was supposed to be a game of hand picked crack troops, a what-if game based on fact not a comic book game but meh, let's have zombies as well?

You will have to travel west for zombies I'm afraid.
Seriously, save yourselves £70, spend it on something useful!

I think you've misunderstood the idea of the cuff title CW. It was just meant to be a for commando type unit that would fit with theme of the game. Gadge & Evo thought it was better to go with something fictional due to the dubious history of some SS 'commando' units. Ragnarok was chosen as it sounds cool but it is also a little nod towards the unit in the comic/film which involved in a similar area of research. If someone has a better name I'm sure we could use that instead.

Come with whatever cuff titles you already have - there wasn't time to officialise those selected for this operation, they were selected for their specialist skills and looking gucci wasn't one of them.
